Free Shipping Policy

Free Shipping applies to all purchases shipped within the Continental US only. For all other orders, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, contact SOL Inc at 1-800-959-1329.

 

Receiving Instructions

Examine all contents of your shipment closely. ICC Regulation 120 provides all consignees with the right to open and inspect the contents of each delivery. Before signing for any shipment, be sure to note any and all damages on the delivery receipt including scuffs, dents, tears, or creases. If you are experiencing problems with your delivery and have questions, please call our shipping department at 1-800-959-1329 Ext. 2019 or 2034.

 

SOL INC MUST BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO REFUSING ANY SHIPMENTS.

 

Be sure to contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your shipment to report any damaged or missing merchandise. If not reported to SOL Inc’s Solar Store within 5 days of receipt, neither SOL, Inc nor it’s shipping partners can be held responsible for any damages or discrepancies. Please remember to have your delivery receipt available when calling to provide us with any necessary information.

VERY Important: No trucking company can do a proper inspection of damaged materials without having all of its contents available, so please save all boxes and packaging in the event that an inspection is required.

 

Return Policy

Before returning an item, you must have an RMA number. Please call or email us to get an RMA #. 
Merchandise purchased through SOL Inc.’s Solar Store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a credit towards your account only if in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns after 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless an error has been made by SOL Inc’s Solar Store in shipping. When returning any item, please include the packaging slip and the RMA number. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable state, or additional replacement charges will apply.

Your credit card will be credited the amount of the purchase, less shipping charges, within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned merchandise.
